SPEAKER PREVIEW: Introducing v12 – Tessitura’s biggest product release in a decade

Session 5 of Ticketing Technology Forum will showcase a range of new products that are set to be launched in the live entertainment ticketing sphere in 2013.

And we are delighted to welcome Jack Rubin, President, Tessitura Network, Inc to the session, to introduce v12 – Tessitura’s biggest product release in a decade.

“We are proud to be showcasing v12 at Ticketing Technology Forum,” comments Jack.

“Tessitura has issued at least one new release each year since inception, based on the input and needs of users and technology trends.”

“In 2012, not only did we release a new version that re-envisioned the Tessitura CRM approach to the way society communicates today, but after 3 years of work, several million dollars invested and intense input from thousands of users, we released a new architecture for Tessitura in an evolutionary manner.”

This new ‘Service Oriented Architecture’ allows for more flexibility, more interoperability with other systems, and essentially a platform approach for both Tessitura’s cloud-based clients and in-house clients, says Jack.

New capabilities

But, as Rubin will discuss at Ticketing Technology Forum (19-20 March 2013, London), v12 goes even further.

A feature-rich release that “reflects [Tessitura’s] industry-unique, user-driven design process”, v12 offers new capabilities across multiple departmental / functional areas, including expanding the Tessitura dynamic pricing capability, enhancing the Tessitura Interactive dashboards, and the launch of a new, intelligent Pricing and Promotions Engine.

v12 is new: so new, in fact, that Tessitura has not yet launched a public product release notice!

But, after its unveiling at TTF, the release will rolled out across The Tessitura Network; consisting of over 400 arts and cultural organizations across Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, all ‘united by a common technology in order to achieve operational excellence’.

“Our Mission is to enable these organizations to improve their productivity and efficiency,” continues Jack. “v12 is our biggest new release in over a decade, and one that we strongly feel will further help our network to do just that.”
