Taking a British tradition to another level

Celebrating the expansion of our team with two new additions – Gemma and Emma – the team were treated to a traditional fish and chip lunch to end another busy but exciting week at Xperiology.

Joining the team as our new Marketing Manager is Gemma, who brings a healthy mix of PR, Journalism and Marketing experience, whilst our new Marketing Executive, Emma, brings her newly acquired BSC Marketing & Business degree to the table.

TEAM CHIPSTrying to make the best of a wet and windy day, the Xperiologists crossed the road from our offices in Hove to the award-winning Fish’n’Chick’n, where they sampled delights such as battered sausages (Emma) mushy peas and fish (Ian) and chips and curry sauce (Gemma).

Serving Britain’s national dish, Fish’n’Chick’n is the largest independent chain of fish and chip shops in the country and is committed to “building customer loyalty for life.”

“Lunch was a great way to meet the team but also a chance to see a ‘customer experience’ from the Xperiology perspective,” commented Emma. “This family-owned restaurant chain has taken humble fish’n’chips to a new level by focusing on a quality experience – with great-tasting food from sustainable sources wrapped in a healthy mix of tradition. It’s a perfect lesson in how service businesses can lift themselves above the competition.”

Exceeding Expectations

The two new additions will be helping to put the finishing touches to TheStadiumBusiness Design and Development Summit 2013 held in the beautiful city of Nice, France between the 9-11 October. Moving forward, the girls will be spreading the good name of all upcoming events including The Level Summit 2013, Nordic Venue Forum 2014 and more.
