Advisory Panel appointments for eCommerce and Digital Media
The Advisory Panel for Ticketing Technology Forum 2013 (19-20 March 2013 in London) has been strengthened with specialist appointments covering eCommerce and Digital Media aspects of the ticketing sector.
The first appointments to the Advisory Panel include:
Simon Klinkhamer, Founder, KB Group (UK) Ltd.
Simon has 20 years’ experience as the owner and director of companies specializing in bespoke software developments. For the last 12 years Simon has specialized in bespoke web development for Live Entertainment venues, Heritage visitor attractions and rights-holders. His firm KB Group (UK) Ltd. designs, develops and supports the online booking solutions for a range of prestigious clients including the Barbican Centre, Sadler’s Wells Theatre, the Tate Galleries, British Film Institute, Royal Academy of Arts, and Buckingham Palace & Windsor Castle. Simon is responsible for managing all client liaison, product sales, product development and overall business deliverables. KB Group (UK) Ltd has broad experience with a range of different ticketing systems, including Enta, Tessitura, AudienceView, Tickets.com (ProVenue One, ProVenue Databox). Simon joins the Advisory Panel with special responsibility for eCommerce.
Jake Grimley, Managing Director, Made Media
Jake started his first digital media agency in the 90s when the Web was just taking hold, delivering projects for the BBC, Channel 4, BMW and Goodyear. In recent years, he’s spearheaded Made Media’s move into entertainment and ticketing. In the UK, Made Media works for a long list of venues including the National Theatre, Southbank Centre and Glyndebourne, delivering box office integration across web and mobile. His services are in demand internationally, with clients in Australia and USA. Jake has particular expertise in usability and user experience in relation to audiences and attenders. In addition he has a strong understanding of new technologies like HTML5, media streaming and cloud hosting. Jake joins the Advisory Panel with special responsibility for Digital Media.
