Adventures in Dublin

Having just delivered a record-breaking TheStadiumBusiness Design & Development Summit 2016, the team are jumping straight into plans for our 2017 events – first up, a site visit to Dublin (what a tough job…).

In 2016, Ticketing Technology Forum was hosted in the Emerald Isle and was a roaring success – so we thought, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! So, the 2017 edition will be heading back to Ireland and plans are already coming together for the EMEA’s no.1 ticketing meeting.

In addition, our friends at Croke Park offered to host TheStadiumBusiness Summit and we just couldn’t say no to holding the world’s leading stadium meeting at such an iconic venue, so we will be making two trips to Dublin next year (and we can’t wait!).

It would be impossible to plan such world-class events without ensuring every detail is perfect, and doing that across a body a water can be a little tricky, so we’ve packed up our ideas and the kind folk at Visit Dublin have planned a two-day recce so that we can ensure that everything is perfect for our attendees.

As well as visiting some potential sites for our two awards ceremonies – Ticketing Technology Awards 2017 and TheStadiumBusiness Awards 2017 – we’ll be doing some food tasting, visitor attraction testing and perhaps just a little time for some team bonding.

It may sound like fun (it is!) but it’s all in the name of planning the perfect events. We’ll report back on our return later this week and maybe even announce some exciting details for 2017.
