Sitting here comfortably after 5 months at Xperiology I can safely say my time has been a whirlwind ride.. but an incredible eye-opening experience!
Fresh from the academic cauldron of University I came to XP slightly unaware of what was to come at the beginning. However, this did not last long and I soon realised what was to be expected.
Adapting to work from studying was a jump I expected to be significantly easier than what it was. But, working within such a highly intelligent and passionate team has been undeniably the biggest help in getting to grips with the role and the industry.
On a personal level this year has taught me an exceptional amount about a variety of digital marketing techniques and more. Whilst I’ll be learning and developing for many years to come, I’m excited to look ahead as 2016 looks set to be the year it all starts to come together.
Away from my personal development, I’m proud to say that next year promises to be another standout year for XP. I cannot wait to be apart of 2016 and help (ever so slightly) organise events for the world of sports, entertainment, ticketing and technology. Our first two events (Nordic Venue Forum and Ticketing Technology Forum) are already on course to set new record attendances and shape their respective industries for the future.
Finally however, I would like to say a personal thank you to everyone that has made my initial months at XP an unforgettable experience and one which I hope continues for many years.
