Two of our flagship events are turning 15, and we’re planning suitable celebrations and festivities in their host city of Manchester.
Both TheStadiumBusiness Design & Development Summit and TheTicketingBusiness Forum are hitting their 15th editions. Rather than just cutting a cake, Ian, Angelina, and the rest of the Xperiology team are working behind the scenes to make these the most valuable, packed-out events we’ve run to date.
We are heading back to Emirates Old Trafford for both forthcoming editions. If you are involved in building the venues of tomorrow or selling the tickets that fill them, here is a quick look at what is in the works:
#TDS26: Design & Development Summit 2026 • 30 Nov – 2 Dec 2026
The 15th annual Design & Development Summit is tracking to be our biggest yet. The Marketplace sold out in July and we now have over over 450 delegates and 70+ project delegations locked in, representing billions of investment in new venue builds, expansions and modernisations from around the world.
If you want to get in the room with the teams, the operators, the client reps, the architects and the engineers delivering the next generation of sports and entertainment venues, don’t leave it to the last minute.
#TBF27: TheTicketingBusiness Forum 2027 • 15–17 March 2027
For its 15th birthday, the Forum returns to its previous mid-March place in the calendar. Moving the dates gives us the run of Emirates Old Trafford – meaning better hotel rates, more meeting spaces, and the ability for more of our 500+ delegates to stay at the on-site hotel to keep networking as efficient as possible.
We are also shaking up the format. Expect less formal ‘forum’ and more of a ‘festival’ as we bring in specialist partner communities across sports, arts, and live events. The main conference will still cover the complete ticketing and entertainment commerce journey, topped off with TheTicketingBusiness Awards 2027 on 16 March.
- Connect with the world’s entertainment e-commerce ecosystem under one roof, for two days.
- Book with the Early Bird offer – to save £100 before Thursday, 14 January 2027.
Whether we see you in November for TheStadiumBusiness’ 15th Design and Development Summit or TheTicketingBusiness’ 15th annual Forum in March – or perhaps both? – we can’t wait to catch up with everybody in Manchester.
