Amway Center won for its “never finished” customer service program which has largely been influenced by the stadium’s relationship with the Disney Institute.
Allen Johnson, Executive Director of Orlando Venues, stated “We’re thrilled to receive this prestigious international award because our Amway Center team members strive to be the best and this recognition is a shared honor. Furthermore, it reinforces our commitment to providing legendary experiences for our patrons. Whether it’s sporting events, concerts or family shows, it requires a collective effort.”

Allen Johnson went on to say “There are a few key aspects that helped contribute to our success. In physical form, having a new, truly state-of-the-art facility offering numerous amenities for every level of ticket-buyer is a major factor. Between the advanced digital technology, numerous concessions offering diverse options, various seating arrangements and multiple concourses, this arena is a dramatic improvement over the old Amway Arena”
He continued “We’ve also had the good fortune to have strong partnerships in the community. Certainly the Orlando Magic’s (NBA) role in getting this facility developed and their ongoing support cannot be overstated. Lastly, our highly-trained and dedicated staff is the essential ingredient to delivering remarkable customer experiences. They are the ones that make it all possible. Routine training from the Disney Institute also helps our employees remain customer-focused.”
